This is my Benates, he was a late Christmas gift of sorts. We got him on January 13th. He's entirely spoiled - every morning when I wake up the first thing I do is take him out of his cage and let him run around our table, where he has two boxes set up with shelves built into them, and holes cut out so he can play, with a bunch of small toys around for him to hoard. He gets breakfast and dinner with us, usually, in addition to his rat food, making sure not to give him anything unhealthy. He's most active during the day and comes out 2-4 times usually, with naps inbetween, as he's still pretty young. He seems to be still growing.

His name comes from the movie 'Willard (1971)'. It is a combination of Ben and Socrates due to his face resembling Ben and his body resembling Socrates
